67 DAY PITCHATHON GRAND FINALE HAPPENS ON MANDELA DAY
A MANDELA DAY YOUTH BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT WORKSHOP
JOHANNESBURG – 67CEOS Foundation in partnership with fellow entrepreneurship ecosystem enablers alike, The X-Factored Youth, iMentorU Foundation, The American Corner Pretoria, Speakingdom, and Good Deeds Day hosts its 8th annual MANDELA DAY ENTREPRENEURSHIP DEVELOPMENT WORKSHOP. This programme is the grand finale of its on-going #67PitchAthon that started online on the 13th of May 2024.
Lack of access to market is one of many challenges faced by South African small business owners. In leveraging the power of social platforms, the Foundation has been hosting online pitching sessions where South African SMME owners across various industries such as renewable, mining, construction, agriculture, technology, fashion etc. have been pitching their business model, sharing entrepreneurial journey and promoting their products and services.

On the 18th of July, 2024 being the 67th day of #67PitchAthon, the 67CEOS Foundation will host in-person workshop that seeks to attract and train 67-100 South African youths on Business Model Canvas, Venture Creation and Access To Market Through Digital Marketing. These skills will enable attendees to advance their existing small business and for those in the ideation stage, it will inspire confidence to launch.
The event will also have in attendance, business leaders, c-suite executives and seasoned entrepreneurs alike to deliver a TED Talk style presentation and offer mentorship to the youths.
