Going through the fires of poverty, inequality and injustice.’ Experiences she’s grateful to God because they made her to be ethical, passionate, resilient and a development activist. She continues by narrating her childhood hardships and challenges, how her grandmother thought her integrity, dignity in labour and compassion. She became an entrepreneur at the age of 16, cultivating and selling vegetables. Later on was braiding nurses hair, making R3.00 a day.
She encouraged entrepreneurs to be resilient in their pursuit no matter the challenges and learn to ask for help (stresses the importance of mentorship) in their business development.
