Lack of access to market is one of many challenges faced by South African small business owners. In leveraging the power of social platforms, the Foundation hosted online pitching sessions for 67 days where South African SMME owners across various industries such as renewable, mining, construction, agriculture, technology, fashion etc. pitched their business model, share entrepreneurial journey and promote their products and services.

2019

In 2019, 67CEOS Foundation together with its headline partner, Exxaro Resources hosted rural SMME development programme in Lephalale, Emalahleni and in Centurion to accommodate semi-urban based startup entrepreneurs. We recorded more than 1000 entrepreneurs in attendance across 3 provinces and 9 SMMEs won R200,000 in grant funding.
